Scholarship program
Friends of Rang'I awards Education scholarships to students from the Rang'I Community and currently has awarded scholarships to students who are considered Orphaned and Vulnerable to all levels of schooling including Nursery, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary. Friends of Rang'I has helped hundreds of students from Nursery to Tertiary level studies with scholarships over the years. Currently we have students in Secondary and Tertiary Institutions in Kenya. We are not offering any new scholarships at this time. Check back in the future for our application criteria and forms.
primary schools
We currently support five local Primary Schools including;
1. Rang'I Primary School
2. St JHSQ School
3. Andingo Primary School
4. Otweyo Primary School
5. Nyawawa Primary School
We provide Infrastructure Developments, Capacity Building for Staff and surrounding community members as well as provide stationery, sporting equipment, medicines, and textbooks.

permaculture
Permaculture is an ecological design system for sustainability in all aspects of human endeavor. It teaches us how to build natural homes, grow our own food, restore diminished landscapes and ecosystems, catch rainwater, build communities and much more.
FoR is now using Permaculture as a method to improve the livelihood of the community in Rang'I. To learn more about Permaculture in Kenya please go the PRI Kenya website: http://www.pri-kenya.org
